Mom, she's actually used it in both hands, but mostly she just likes to use it to make a mess. If I help her and coach her on how to use it properly she does pretty good, but I decided to just let her wing it today, and this was the result. By the time she was done, she had applesauce up to her eyeballs. It was well worth it.
My son still uses utensils as accesories and opts for a more hands on approach to dining, he's nearing 3. Ah well, the food is getting near their mouth.

At least she hasn't hucked it across the room with applesauce still on it...yet.
